Alcohol Countermeasure Systems

The Alcohol Countermeasure Systems Corp (ACS) has acquired the assets and intellectual property of Seres Ethylomètre on 1 December, 2009. Assets include the popular 679 line and the newest release of breathalyzers, the SAF’IR. As part of the acquisition of the company, key employees will be relocated to France or the global offices of ACS in order to manage the transition of the new manufacturing plant in Toronto, Canada, due to start in January 2010. Manufacturing processes components will not change, thus keeping the OIML certifications and other certifications that products of beings possess “I admire their capacity to combine the accuracy of detection of ethanol using infrared technology in an apparatus of reduced size and, therefore, portable.
